Attitudes, beliefs and impulsivity in online gambling addiction 9 May 2018 International Gambling Studies, Vol. 30 Empowering responsible online gambling by real-time persuasive information systems. Of gambling management tools and perceptions and attitudes towards gambling. The report also includes data on the prevalence of problem, moderate-risk and low -risk gambling. This data is taken from a separate source, the NHS Digital Health Survey for England (2018), due to its use of the full PGSI (Problem Gambling Severity Index). The 2013 Survey of Public Gambling Attitudes and Behaviors toward Gambling was conducted by the Center for Social and Behavioral Research (CSBR) at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) and funded by the Iowa Gambling Treatment Program (IGTP) at the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH). Attitudes Scales (GAS) to measure gambling attitudes, and the Gambling Attitudes and Beliefs Survey (GABS), Gamblers' Beliefs Questionnaire (GBQ), and Gambling Related Cognitions Scale (GRCS) to measure gambling beliefs. A sample of 308 participants consisted of 101.

Abstract
The National Survey of Gambling Attitudes and Gambling Experiences (NGAGE) is the largest published survey of gambling participation and problems in the US. This unprecedented look into how Americans gamble, what they gamble, how they think about it in every state. Includes a special focus on sports gambling. Presenters will review the findings and implications for everyone involved in gambling issues.

Author Bio
Don Feeney is former Director of Research and Planning for the Minnesota Lottery and in that role he managed all their survey research. Don oversaw all previous NCPG public opinion survey research efforts and was the lead author of our report Public Opinion on Problem Gambling: Myths and Misconceptions (June 2016). His research interests include the relation between public opinion and gambling policy, public awareness of problem gambling, and gambling and popular culture. Don holds a master's degree in public policy from Harvard, a master's degree in statistics from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematics from Brown University
